Thank you for taking the time to review and provide your comments on our proposals for the development of land off Tansey Green Road, Pensnett.
The site will be developed for 335 dwellings set over 2 sites either side of Stallings Lane.
We are seeking feedback from residents to inform our proposals.
A reserved matters submission, a joint venture by both Taylor Wimpey and London and Cambridge Properties, is made pursuant to outline planning permission P09/1014 which was granted on the 12th October 2010.
Planning permission was granted for "Residential development and associated works (outline) (all matters reserved)".
The Application
The outline planning application was accompanied by a Design and Access Statement.
This Design Review document is submitted in response to Condition 10 of the outline planning permission which requires details of how the current application conforms with the approved masterplan; an explanation of the public realm scheme and an explanation of the design of each public square and space defined on the approved masterplan; and details of the public art scheme.
This submission does not include the majority of the public realm areas which will be dealt with under separate future reserved matters submissions.
On 16th January 2012 a masterplan for the site was approved pursuant to Condition 9 of the outline planning permission.
